Dim Sum Factory proudly serves the traditional cuisine of Shanghai China. We’re known for Shanghai & Cantonese style dim sum such as our savory soup dumplings, fried buns, Shumai and scallion pancakes, but our entrees are also a fan favorite. We opened Dim Sum Factory with the intention of sharing the unmistakable flavors of Jiangzhe (East of China) and Shanghai across the globe, while honoring the legacy of our ancient recipes.

We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with our guests!

Servers must have the ability to handle cash transactions, stand for the length of the shift, and multitasking during rush hour; must have a desire to build knowledge of Chinese food.
